Main feature
1:It adopts air conveyor and direct wheel connection. Screws and conveyor chains are removed, which makes bottle format change easier.
2:Bottle transmission adopts neck-hanging conveying design. Changing bottle shapes requires no height adjustment; only replace related curved guides, wheels and nylon parts.
3:The specially designed stainless steel rinsing gripper is solid and durable. It does not touch the threaded part of the bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

Machine Features
Blow Moulding Part
A changeable cam for the stretching curve guider guarantees the form quality for different bottle size. Monobloc blowing valves achieve the fastest and most consistent blowing process possible. Bottle necks are protected during blowing stage by a specially designed sealing unit.


Filling Part
Filling valves adopt constant-pressure gravity design, filling quickly and accurately. It adopts a double guide-rod structure.
The main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, automatic centralized lubrication, adopts inverter controls the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts stepless variable-frequency speed regulation. The material for the whole platform and frame is carbon steel with stainless steel outside.
The machine is automatically controlled by PLC, online fault display, like bottle jams, cap shortages, etc.
Key parts and electrical components are imported brands.
Capping Part
The capping rotates through gearbox-driven capping wheel, which makes caps leave the hopper by centrifugal force.There is a separation device for right cap and reverse cap at the entrance, when the reverse cap passes, the caps automatically return and return to pipeline, and blow the reverse cap automatically to hopper through wind power. Only right cap could enter into skids smoothly, cap level in the hopper is automatically detected by photoelectric sensor to control cap conveyor, and that ensures best effect of cap down. When the right cap enters into the slide way, it could smoothly enter into cap feed plate, to prevent accidents, there is an anti reverse-cap guide plate to match with slide way, to ensure that the access to the cap feed plate is correct. The slide way is also equipped with a pair of photoelectric sensors, when no caps are detected, the main machine stops immediately. In order to effectively remove defective caps without anti-theft rings and cleanup additional caps in hopper, there is an manual discharge port in front of the hopper exit can meet this function.
