Main feature

1. It uses air conveyor & starwheel direct connection; screws and conveyor chains are eliminated, making bottle format changeover much easier.

2. Bottles are transferred by neck gripping. No need to adjust machine height for format change; only replace relevant arc guides, starwheels and nylon parts.

3. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing gripper is sturdy and durable, with no contact on the bottle mouth thread to avoid secondary contamination.

4. High-speed gravity filling valves enable fast, accurate filling with no liquid spillage.

5. Bottles exit via spiral descent; no need to adjust conveyor height for bottle changeover.

6. The main machine uses advanced PLC automatic control. Key electrical components are sourced from well-known brands: Mitsubishi (Japan), Schneider (France), Omron (Japan).
