Main feature
1:It adopts an air conveyor and direct wheel connection. Screws and conveyor chains are removed, which make bottle shape replacement easier.
2:Bottle transmission adopts a bottleneck clamping design. Changing bottle shapes requires no height adjustment; only relevant curved guides, wheels and nylon parts need to be replaced.
3:The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing gripper is solid and durable. It does not touch the threaded part of the bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.
4:Other related machines: glass bottle filling machines, gravity flow filling machines.
5:High-speed gravity flow filling valves enable fast and accurate filling with no liquid loss.
6:The machine adopts advanced PLC automatic control. Key electrical components are sourced from well-known international brands such as Mitsubishi and Schneider.
7:Bottles are discharged through spiral decline design. Changing bottle shapes requires no adjustment to the conveyor chain height.
Machine Features
Blow Moulding Part
An adjustable cam for the stretching curve guide ensures qualified molding quality for different bottle sizes. Integrated monobloc blowing valves deliver fast and uniform blowing effects. Bottle necks are well protected by a special sealing structure during the blowing process.


Filling Part
The filling valve adopts constant-pressure gravity filling mode, featuring fast speed and precise liquid level control. The machine adopts a double guide-rod structure for stable operation. The main drive adopts gear transmission, with high efficiency, low noise, long service life and convenient daily maintenance. It is equipped with automatic centralized grease lubrication, and the main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation for flexible speed adjustment.
The overall frame and platform are made of carbon steel with full stainless steel cladding on the contact surface. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with real-time online fault alarm and display for common abnormalities such as bottle jams and cap shortages. Core electrical components and key accessories adopt imported famous brand parts for stable operation.
Capping Part
The capping device is driven by a gearbox to drive the cap sorting wheel through centrifugal force. A professional cap sorting structure is installed at the inlet to screen positive and inverted caps. Unqualified inverted caps will be automatically sent back to the hopper by air pressure to avoid jamming.
Only correctly placed caps can smoothly enter the feeding slide. The internal cap storage capacity of the hopper is automatically monitored by electric sensors to control the cap feeding system and ensure continuous and stable capping.
Anti-reverse limiting devices are installed on the slideway to ensure caps enter the feeding plate in the correct direction. Photoelectric switches are configured on the slideway; the main machine will stop immediately once a cap shortage is detected.
An active waste discharge outlet is designed at the hopper entrance to automatically remove defective caps without anti-theft rings and excess sundries.
